1. CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCTS FROM CROSSFEET?

You have the right to return all products you have bought from www.crossfeet.se for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving them.

  1. WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS OF RETURNING PRODUCTS?

All items have to be unused with labels and packaging intact. When you return or exchange any product, you must cover the shipping charges. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your exchange or refund request. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges. Any refunds made by us will be processed back to the original payment method when you placed your order.

We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

  1. HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE THE PRODUCTS?

Please contact us at support@crossfeet.se to process your return order. You will receive a return confirmation email from us, along with detailed instructions for returning your order.

As soon as we receive your return shipment, we aim to process your request within 3 business days and will send you an email confirmation once processed. Please note that we cannot cover return shipping costs and that you are responsible for items lost in shipping. 4. WHAT IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCTS?

Unlikely situation that you have received incorrect or damaged products, please contact our customer service team via email at support@crossfeet.se. It is very important to note that if the package arrived damages and/or appears to have been opened, please let us know and we advise you to first take pictures before unpacking it.

You should contact us immediately should the above happened and to assist you in the most efficient manner, please send us as much information as possible. Please include your order number, which item you ordered and what you received instead. Include pictures of the product label(s), the picking slip and any information contained in the package.

We will then proceed with an investigation with our warehouse and/or logistic partner. The process includes inventory counting, check the weight of the outgoing package (each outbound order is weighed and registered) and check if the weight corresponds with the correct/incorrect products sent. If the investigation shows that the wrong products have been sent, we will contact you and propose a suitable solution.

If you receive an incorrect product and do not contact us within fourteen (14) days of receipt thereof, then it is considered an act of acceptance of the received product in lieu of the ordered product.

Please note that if you have received an incorrect or extra products, you do not automatically have the right to keep it. As keeping a product which is not your rightful property without permission, even if you have mistakenly received it, is known as embezzlement and it is indictable under the law.
