Once an order is processed by our warehouse, we are unable to make any changes to quantity, sizing, shipping option or shipping address. We process orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes to your order if possible. The best way to change or cancel an order is to send us an email at email@example.com
Once your order is completed you’ll receive an order confirmation email. If you haven’t received any in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder. If you can’t find it, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll send you a copy.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Paypal.
Shipping to EU
Standard shipping: within 2 to 5 business days depending on the city of destination via Postnord/DB Schenker.
Express shipping: within 1 to 3 business days via DB Schenker.
Within 5 to 15 days depending on the country of destination. Please be aware of your country’s customs policies, as customs duties may be added and collected before you are able to receive your shipment.
Shipment delay due to Covid 19: Due to the unprecedented and unpredictable situation of Covid 19, we are experiencing delays on some shipments reaching our customers, because of the demand currently being placed on delivery services. Hence, there may be delays in delivery, which are out of our control.

We offer free shipping on orders over $80 / 80 EUR / 800 SEK. The cost will automatically be discounted upon checkout.
